- Epipactis veratrifolia X thunbergii: This hybrid's flowers have the characteristic Epipactis veratrifolia form but with a more yellowish colouration coming from the yellow Epipactis thunbergii.
- Epipactis thunbergii X gigantea : This cross between an Asian species and an American species has produced plants that grow vigorously, producing large numbers of new buds each season. Even though it is equally at home in a flowerbed or on the edge of a water feature, it can also be grown in a pot. It likes cool to damp soils which are light but not waterlogged.

- Epipactis gigantea (Giant Epipactis) is a terrestrial orchid native to the western states of America. This species can grow up to 70 cm in height after a few years.
- 'Serpentine Night' Epipactisis a Californian type of Epipactis gigantea. It can be distinguished by its dark purple-red foliage. It is a large, very hardy and easily grown terrestrial orchid which flowers from late May to July with yellow-orange flower stalks.
- Epipactis palustris(Marsh Epipactis) is a native European orchid. The dangling flowers are purplish-brown with a white labellum that is streaked with purple. They grow on the floral stalks in clusters. The Epipactis palustris flourishes in wet areas with bright sunlight.
- Epipactis 'Sabine'is a hybrid of Epipactis gigantea and Epipactis palustris. Here is a really easy orchid to grow. When it flowers it produces a beautiful floral stem measuring 70/100 cm. It produces beautiful flowers with a stunning mix of colours ranging from yellow to red with pink tints.
